Reliability
We will be there when our clients need us. We understand that when our clients have equipment that breaks down, it is very important it is repaired quickly to working order or a suitable loaner is provided. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet these demands and understand the importance of timely & competent service.
Knowledge
Always on the lookout for opportunities to learn, our company expects our sales & technical staff to be the most knowledgeable in the marketplace on the products that we sell & service. We make it mandatory for our staff to participate in courses, seminars & certifications on an on-going basis.
We expect our people to be the experts in the equipment that we sell.
Sustainability
Our company is committed to being environmental responsible. We look for ways to make our environmental ‘footprint’ as minimal as possible and are always looking for ways to make our operations more sustainable.
Our Promise:
To offer solutions for those in need of medical and mobility equipment which are:
- Cost-effective
- Meeting or exceeding the requirements
- Inclusive of medical professionals recommendations
- Deliver and setup in a timely fashion
When we take on a client's equipment needs, we work with the client and their families for as long as they have the equipment. No matter how small the needs are, we will always stand by our product and the needs of our clients first and foremost.
We are an island owned and operated company and are focused on helping our neighbours, friends and fellow Vancouver Islanders
